GoS May/June 2023 Theme Contribution

Well, this is the perfect theme for me, since when it comes to TS2 nonconformity (especially goth CC) is what I do 😁 So I've started using bodyshapes - the only thing holding me back for years was a lack of clothing for them that suits my style. I wanted to use Classic Pinup for my Deception IV sims, and there's very little for that shape worthy of the Devil's daughters' wardrobe. I decided to take it upon myself to learn meshing so I could change that. In the meantime, Digi offered to convert some meshes for me, and of course I accepted. So here are my favorite Club Crimsyn dresses converted for CPU, with some new recolors for both those and the original Maxis AF version - a collaboration by Digital Devils, the team of Digi and MrsM'Quve 😉

Blossoms of Despar - Gelydh's Dark Princess with alpha boots

This set includes Gelydh's original 2 recolors, Nymphy's "Requiem for a Nightmare" textures, and 10 recolors of my own - 2 styles in 5 colors each (named for Deception IV characters):



Nymphy's 03 recolor has the sleeves and fishnet tights from Gelydh's Ebony because I wasn't a fan of the original ones. I've also edited the skirt on Gelydh's Crimson because it looked (to me) like it had part of the top on it and I'm fussy. The repo version of the files is texture-referenced to a file labeled "TEXTURES" so don't delete that! BSOK'd and tooltipped (not BSOK'd) files are included. The CPU mesh has a smooth hands option so choose only one. Categorized as Everyday and Formal, all morphs, polycounts are 2682 for Maxis hands and 4490 for smooth hands.

Note: Nymphy's 04 recolor is not included in the standalone AF version because it wasn't changed, so if you want it you can get it at the aforementioned link.

Dancing Into Danger - Gelydh's Gothic Prom

This set includes 2 of Gelydh's originals, Liegenschonheit's black lace recolor, Tee-Sims' pastel rainbow recolor, and 12 satin and black lace ones by me using a mashup of textures.



Same deal with the repo version and BSOK/non-BSOK for both. This time the meshes for both shapes have a smooth hands option. Categorized as Everyday and Formal, all morphs, polycounts are 2970 for Maxis hands and 4778 for smooth hands.
